Leading international airport BOT investor/manager seeking to enter the US airport PPP market: developed a market mapping of key players to identify potential partners and facilitated discussions with shortlisted potential partners.
One of the USA’s largest airports: worked with the airport’s Executive Leadership, lead a comprehensive 5-year strategic planning initiative including a new vision and mission statement and road map to achieve success.
