An Open Letter to airport industry friends and colleagues: “Welcome back – we missed you.”
Over the past few weeks, I’ve spoken with 15 different airport CEOs in Europe and the Americas, and it's very clear we all will require tremendous energy and resolve to navigate our way through these times. But in the time of touch-free, socially distant airport experiences, it’s also clear that now is not the time to lose sight of our customers. Rather, it is time to start preparing ourselves to say:
“Welcome back – we missed you.”
This is what has prompted me to write this open letter to my colleagues and friends in the airport community, offering words of encouragement, and perhaps even hope. I welcome your thoughts and feedback.
All the best, David Feldman
